hmm... interesting observation...
I'd say, due to the nature of a slime, it wouldn't count until he was fully absorbed/trapped inside of him. As things were he only appears to be just within a "1st layer" of sorts... had he been pulled in a bit deeper then I might have accepted that arguement... buuuut at the same time... Sparky got out in only a few seconds time and he did it by his own powers, so I probably wouldn't have counted it against him either way.
the original rule was actually, you're out once you're in your opponent's (or someone else's) belly. the slime forms kind of complicate things since there isn't a belly per say to be inside of.
and in any case, I'm not counting it against him, so that's the bottom line of the situation.
