No it's the conversion rate.
If you send 10, and it converts to CAD, I automatically lose money due to the value of the dollar
which is why I don't want the conversions at all as I lose more money than I have to
To be clear it's because I only use USD, so I have to convert the CAD payments and I lose profit considerably
