The most delicate of operations require a steady hand and a cool head. Failing that, a big weapon can sometimes suffice. Dr. Fluffy is the guy who builds them and gets them to you when you need them. Just don't let him stand behind you with them. His works are great but his aim sucks and friendly fire is a distinct possiblilty.

On a tangentially related note, in the most recent Armored Core game, I built a heavy mech, armed with heavy missile batteries and twin gatling guns. I choose to dub the model "Dr. Peace". I found the twin ironies entertaining.
The gun is a net thrower, designed to catch nightmares. It literally is a dreamcatcher.
Dr. Peace is a pretty good handle for an over the top battle mech. It's right up there with "Mr. Pointy."
Ah, shit. Looking at the No More Heroes character list, I realized one of the bosses is named Dr. Peace too. I swear I didn't take that name from the game, though, as the name followed it's own evolution during the Mech's design phase.
