Around Season 3, Sundac return to his lab after the inprisonment by Megatron in S2, found a Robot hidden in the lab.
it resembles the early Soundwave modle Since Sari`s Birthdays(in Sound and Fury) but "Red". Beliving that it was Megatrons early model before the Blue one goes perfect. Bulkhead dislike having another Soundwave model to ruin Sari`s relationship, but them the Key accidently gave him "Life".

ok, Wondering why he transform into a Scion B like Soundwave.
not like they`re brothers, Same Van but transform differently.

I had the Soundwave Deluve toy and i exeriment it.
the front part(Sw`s lower leg) had opening like a cassette lid.
and the rear roofing(Sw`s backpak thing) looks like feet.
