Okay guys if you like fallout, stalker, metro and those kind of games, stay here as this one has quite a long story to tell. Keep in mind English is my second language so it will have mistakes. I would appreciate your comments not only on the image but also on the story, as this is my longest one so far.

Fallout -English

The story of Another and Xionix is a long and complicated one. Both considering themselves alpha wolves, lone hunters, in their own way. Having similar set of skills, always taking on the same kind of bounty's and jobs. On multiple occasions taking the exact same one and they end up fighting for the reward.

It wasn't until one job that lead them both deep underground, very deep into the subway system tunnels. The missions was from the brotherhood of steel, to recover what was believed to be an ancient piece of technology that could help greatly in their current situation. With the way the brotherhood works, details about the actual functionality were kept a secret for being afraid that of it were to be recovered, the hunters would flee with it. Both of them were told the pay would be huge, and among other things, a full T-51B power armor, and they both knew if the brotherhood was willing to give out the armor, then whatever it was they were going for, had to be incredible. All they were told, that it was going to be a suitcase with the letters G.E.C.K.
Both heard rumors about that suitcase had in it, but it sounded more like fairy tales. They were both on this for the loot.

So they both went in, but not together, they went in from different places and wasn't until inside the subway system when they were both scouting the area with sniper rifles with nigth vision scopes that they saw each other trough the lens reflection. Upon finding out, while still looking trough the scope, Xionix waves at Another and she waves back. The though of shooting each other with the sniper crossed their minds without a doubt, but, they respected each other as hunters and while they had played tricks on each other before, their relationship was more of a rivalry than anything. They may have some hard feelings over some rewards who one "stole" from the other but not enough to out right kill.

So Xionix lowers the rifle after waving and makes his way trough the ruble. Same goes for Another. After a very simple nod to each other, they discuss and find out soon their both here for the same reason. At first their discussion seemed like it was going to spark another skirmish but before that happened a group of feral ghouls showed up of nowhere and they all started running towards them.
With both having good reaction and hearing, they were not surprised by the ghouls and instead of fights between them, they turn around, back to back, and started shooting as they were coming in. Ghouls kept coming, and it didn't seem they had an end.
Then another had to reload eventually, and as soon Xionix heard that "click" noise from the empty magazine, he knew he had to turn around and shoot the ghouls comming her way, and that's exactly what he did. A bit surprised at firts, just as she finished reloading, Xionix had to reload and without thinking she did the same, she started shooting at the ghouls coming Xionix way instead of her. And they kept this patron as it seemed to work and finally after what felt around 100 ghouls, they finally stopped. Both of them panting, tired, as at some point they had to slash their way trough some. Fortunately none of them had serious injuries, just minor scratches. -You okay?- Ask Xionix to Another. -I'm fine, it's you who need to needs to be better.- She says. Xionix gives her a look and they both proceed to loot the body's for anything useful. They both get some ammo back, and couple other basic things.

After that. They both talked and agree to ark together, they are sure that if they had been surrounded that badly alone, they may had not survived to tell the tale. The reward... They said they would talk about it once reached that point, right now, it's about finding that suitcase and getting back to the surface.

They keep going down the tunnel system until they find a big whole on the wall. They went in, and while it was dirt for the most part, wondering who or what made this tunnel (it went for quite a good amount of meters), eventually metal parts could be seen until they reached the end of the tunnel to what they both recognised immediately, this tunnel led to Tue inside of a vault. They knew from previous jobs that vaults have very good things inside of them, but they also have weird experiments going on and neither wanted to be here more than they had to.

They went directly to the overseer office and hacked into the mainframe. Another was better than Xionix when it came to hacking, but Xionix was better at lock picking which they needed to open the door to the office to begin with. Finding suitcase was fairly easy... Almost too easy they felt.
On their way to the exit a scream was heard and a gunshot, hitting Another on the foot. It was by no means a lethal shot, but it did made walking for her difficult. The shot came from a small caliber weapon.
-Can you walk?- Ask, Xionix. -Faster than you- She answers all cocky. -This is not the tome for this!- He replies. And she just nods after a moment. They proceed to the exit, rather slowly, due to the wound, clearly giving a lot of pain to Another but she won't admit it. It was obvious what shot, a super mutant and more were approaching, alot of them. Knowing this is more than they can take out in their condition, Xionix ask if she has a mini nuke, she replies with a doubtful yes but she know that's not enough for the horde that coming. -Trust me, and keep it on hand.- He then proceed to inject himself with some drugs and take buffout and as he gets the strength and adrenaline shot, he lifts her fairly easy, obviously from all that he just injected In his system. With one claw hiding the briefcase, with the other paw lifting Another over his shoulder (She is not okay with this, but she wants to get out of here before making a fuzz about it), running towards the tunnel which they came in from, meanwhile another shooting at the mutants that are close to them. For shooting while swaying up and down, she was able to land most of her shots, and also in the head, which was good, but not good enough as their numbers didn't seem to decrease.

Finally when their halfway trough the tunnel, Xionix ask Another to trow the mini nuke at them, hesitating ask if he is sure, -Just do it!- He exclaims and she does. Xionix when felt she did, in a quick succession drops the suitcase, turns around and with his 44. Magnum with explosive bullets (Yes I know this is not in game, deal with it, mods.), he takes aim and shoot at the mini nuke in air, making a big explosion knocking down that section of the tunnel and blocking off the super mutants. Which is great, as the effects of the drugs were passing out. Taking a break, he lowers Another, placing her gently on the floor, as well as the suitcase.

We did it!- Says Xionix. -Not until we deliver this and we get the reward-. She replies. -Cmon, cant be a bit more happy? We just survived a horde of ghouls, and a horde of super mutants! Only us 2!- He exclaims all exalted. She makes a small smile -Yes we did isn't?, cmon let's deliver this. He finishes catching his breath, offers help to carry her but she refuses, although he does inject a stimpak on her leg, which does help,.and while not running, she can walk better now.

They make their way out of the subway system, and just before leaving... Hey.. wait..- Says Another. -Uh?- Curios look. -I just wanted to thank you... For saving me back there- She says. -O-Of course... I mean... I wasn't going to leave you back there, I still need to prove you I'm better- And just as he was finishing that sentence, Another lean in and kiss Xionix on the cheek to which he is surprised and blushed. -But if you tell anyone about this, not only I will deny it, *She pulls out a laser gun and aims directly between Xionix eyes* I will kill you, understood?- She says with a serious tone and look -
Y-Yes mam!-He replies, worried of the laser pistol, being only centimeters away from him. -Good, glad we are in the same page-

So after that... They both head into the brotherhood HQ and deliver the suitcase, and got their payment. Fortunately for them, both got the reward, so won't argue a out how to split it. And since then, they decided to work together as they realized they make a good team, instead of fighting over missions, they would split the reward. And they did, they even took jobs that were for far more hunters. Taking jobs that normally require 6+, they were 2 man team doing all the hard jobs no one wanted. Sometimes getting in bad situations but they worked together and always were able get the job done. Making a name for themselves km the process. "The wasteland wolfs" That's people called them, and both Xionix and Another liked it.

Taking a kinds of jobs, from hostage rescue, to vault recovery, simple delivery and bodyguards, etc. No job was too simple or hard for them, bottlecaps are bottlecaps.

Their latest job it was a new one. They were needed to acquire a deathclaw egg, and bring it back, but without killing the deathclaw. Just capture the eggs and bring it.
Sounded something they could do. Finding deathclaw eggs was easy, getting it without alerting the mother was the tricky part. They agreed on Xionix using an assassin suit they fond on another vault dweller body, which helped beign sneaky, plus they also had stealth boys. Another was going to remain on "eyes on the sky" she set up in a nearby hill and with some binoculars she kept Xionix informed trough a small radio and an Earpiece.

They waited for the vest opportunity for him to approach, waiting as close as possible without being on line of sight from the deathclaw. Suddenly a big noise came from nearby, which attracted all the deathclaws from the quarry. That's when Another signals Xionix to pop a a stealth boy and go in. Which was fairly easy, not a single deathclaw on sight, Xionix recovers an egg and leaves as fast as he can, not without popping a second stealth boy just in case.

They reunite, and celebrate another easy job with an amazing pay. They hit the road and start walking back to megaton where they were going to meet with their employer. They started talking and got carried away, lowering their guard, not paying attention, they were too distracted telling each other amazing feats to prove who is better. Suddenly out of nowhere, a deathclaw appears and jumps at them, while they were able to dodge the initial pounce, the deathclaw quickly kicked (yes kicked not slash) Another, and she went flying back , hitting a nearby wall. And as this happened he also slashed Xionix knocking him back as well but not as badly as Another.
Another legs got injured, she could not get up but she could still shoot, so she aims her Gauss rifle and goes for center mass, which hit the deathclaw but wasn't enough to bring him down, it only got him mad as he growls and pounces at her. She tries to get another shot into him but she missed, barely scratching him, due to a pain spike and she got surprised as the deathclaw exploded from side. It was Xionix who had his anti material rifle and hit center mass with a high explosive bullet. Still not enough, to bring him down but strong to shove him to a side mid air, his body ricocheted with a rock, injuring the deathclaw enough to start bleeding. Meanwhile Another uses a stimpack in each of her legs, but it would take time before it takes effect.

The deathclaws gets up and let's out the most intense growl ever heard by either of them. Xionix hoping the best, preparing for the worst prepares a special cocktail of chems, not sure he should after the other recent cocktail he injected but can't risk it with a deathclaw and both of them injured. And just as he is about to Inject himself, the deathclaw jumps at him with with such a ferocity and before he could react, the deathclaw slash him and gets sent in the air. The armor took most of the hit but it got completely shred by now. He lands and finally injects himself, thanks to a distraction in the form of a Gauss rifle shot to the back of the deathclaw.
Now feeling such adrenaline and other chemicals, Xionix wields his favorite weapon, an experimental weapon he found, a extremely high temperature shishkebab. Not only is it higer temperature, the blade is replaced with a real samurai sword, and small adjustments that makes this variation 10X times more lethal than a regular one.
Without hesitation, he jumps at the deathclaw, dodging a slash, finally able to show what his strong point is, his agility. Sliding between the deathclaw legs, slashing them on the proces, who falls into his knees. As Xionix gets back up, The deathclaw desperately slashes again, but Xionix evades rather easily, this time going for a vertical cut across the deathclaw back. Who screams in pain.
Trying to end the deathclaw he trust the flame sword into the deathclaw, piercing him and the blade coming out on the front, and he spins the sword while still inside. An even louder scream emerges form the deathclaw who, surprisingly, gets up, somehow removes the sword from his back and trows it a Xionix. At this point, due to the high consume fuel of the sword due to its increased temperature, runs out of fuel. Same goes for the chems, they start to fade away. Xionix grabs the sword from the ground just as he is being grabs by the deathclaw who furiously trows him to Another who was trying to get up or get a shot at the creature but with both moving so close together, she down not had a clear shot without risking hitting Xionix as well.
Xionix went flying and hits wall next to Another, and before she could say any word, he ask without looking "Keep resting, I got this, trust me" and gets up with a grin on his face, although Another did not saw Xionix face, she did saw some blood coming down from it. Also..she notice a small hint from Xionix...

Xionix stands his ground, wields his trusty sword, injecting himself with his last stimpak, as well as last chunks of chems, he knows he is going to he damaged from so much going into him but at this post doesn't matter.

Both Xionix and deathclaw determined to end this here, both dripping in blood now, and exhausted, wounded and really on their last breath.

They both yell and scream with all their might, and just as Xionix is about strike he screams "now" to which he slides one for and this time hits impales his sword into the deathclaw foot, especially getting him stuck, but the creature not caring when he saw Another aiming at his head with Xionix anti matter rifle (with the explosive rounds), he stabs Xionix on the very last second before gets his show. Finally, this time the deathclaw does as his face explodes and his body falls on top of Xionix.

Still on pain, she runs towards Xionix, moving the body away, and carefully removing the deathclaw hand which fortunately didn't hit any vital organ. But it severely damage Xionix arm.

-Please talk to me say something!- She exclaims. He has his eyes closed, but slowly makes a smirk. -I will patch you up, don't worry. And she unpacks some memergency medical equipment, a blood, bandages and starts working. Having very good knowledge of medicine, herself trained to be a weapon, all that knowledge of how to kill, can also save lives.
-It may be too late for me, but not for you. Take the eggs and get that tenpenny tower apartment you always wanted.- He says. -YOU will take the egg to megaton, and YOU will get the keys. Your coming with me. I don't like having debts, and you saved me twice already, I gotta pay you back right now. -She says as she continues patching him up and getting another blood bag. Xionix gently places his paw on Another cheek, and says -You know, I always liked your blue hair, I though it made you look more gorgeous, always was jealous, me only having my fur.- Another blushes for a moment but avoids eye contact -Your saying nonsense, you lost too much blood.- She replies. "Hey" he calls at her, to which she got surprised and finally looks him back in the eyes. -Don't let what happened dictate who are you. You may have had a rough past, and some may had change you in a way, bit your still you, your in control of your destiny and don't ever let anyone tell you the contrary. What happened in that lab... Doesn't matter.. Be you! Don't be what others want you to be, you on them nothing. Go out there and make me proud- And with that.. Xionix closes his eyes as his claw slowly goes down...
Another not believing what's happening, leans in and rest her face into Xionix chest to hear, and her worst fear got confirmed.....
