Generally no, most of my modes are low power and efficient. But for this particular shoot, I made special modes that run solid at 100% brightness. So after about... 5 mintues the leds will begin to heat up. Which was ok. Its -10c out at that time. :p
The only thing that may overheat is if I run more then 12amps (5volts) continuously, then my dc to dc converter will start getting angry.
