Only needs finalized hand work -closure and a little area of the top fabric needs a little more sewing-
This one is a little more free when it comes to pleats. So when someone wants to use it they have the option of fixing the pleats more to their standard if they choose. -just a bit.-
It has been chain stitched 3 times to secure it and give it extra flexibility instead of stitching it down on to the neckline.
