Haven't heard of that one and sorry to hear it got lost, well, hopefully you might find it again from somewhere. As well as? Many more others that might be good! ^^
As well just to mention, read years ago many of R.R. Salvatore's Forgotten Realms-related books, mainly "Legend of Drizz't" ones, they tended to have nice works though bit different from what you drew, more like a singular scene from some point of the novel. Still, very nice but long series of novels!

And now I shall predict the rolls of the characters based on their positions in the picture!
(Starting from the top-left, and moving anticlockwise)
Duck gets to be the main villain of the story.
Pistol-wielding conquistador-looking guy is the secondary villain who fans will love so much he'll get his own spin-off series.
Sergal will be the man character's mentor, who will help them grow throughout the story until they are ready to face the challenges that await them.
Our dashing dragon in the foreground is obviously the main character.
And finally, the king is... The king. He's kinda important, I guess. Despite this, he'll only get 10 minutes of screen time across 2 scenes in the 2.5 hour long movie adaptation.
