while her mechanical parts make her a force to be reckoned with, they also keep her alive. by destroying her systems, she is as good as dead. they have been made durrable, and resistant to common electrical weaknesses such as EMP's and water, but they are still just metal and circuits. cut them off, crush them, or disable them and she is done for.

Megan's parents worked for Neo-Synthex, and they all lived at the lab they worked at. Megan didn't quite understand what Neo-Synthex was trying to accomplish with their experiments, but her parents assured her that what they did was for the greater good. Megan didn't question them, as Neo-Synthex had given her everything she could ever need. Food, water, a place to live, loads of games and entertainment, the works.




however, on fateful day, her lab was raided by the heroes. people rushed and ran to try and escape not being taken in by the heroes. in the chaos, the labs power generator malfunctioned, and before long it exploded, leaving the lab a pile of rubble. Megan's parents survived. Megan....kinda did.




Neo-Synthex could keep Megan alive, but not for long. her body was badly damaged, and if it wasn't for their technology, she would have died shortly after the blast. However, they didn't have access to any regeneration serums that could save Megan. Most of the serums were lost when the original Synthex fell, and the ones Neo-Synthex did have couldn't restore half a persons body. in a panic to save her, Neo-Synthex took a chance and experimented with robotics. using all their know how, they managed to save Megan, giving her artificial limbs, and systems to keep her dying body alive. however, Megan didn't take to them very well. Getting used to her new body was a struggle, and the fact that people kept giving her weird looks didn't help. she was mocked by many of the other children that lived at the labs. she was called a freak, and was given the nickname "Megan Bot". All of it just fueled an anger deep inside her. The heroes had done this too her! they ruined her life! They needed to pay!!! Her drive for revenge attracted attention from the higher ups at Neo-Synthex, and they promoted her to field agent. with her new body, she would crush the heroes, and make them suffer as she had! "Trial by fire" as she would say.
