Um, I guess you mean you wanted to see the OC eventfile? It's up now, so you can view it in OC, though I don't know how that'll tell the process that well... as it sort of just came to be on its own ^^'

OK, I was just wondering if you had a sort of process of how you create a character and this was is so wonderful I thought there might have been more behind it is all.

There isn't all that much to it really, all of my characters so far have just... come to be, I've done quick drawing, and then thought that they might fit one of the roles I've thought up, She, however was my first character... I liked foxes, blondes and ponytails, so I put all three together since I was sort of getting the hang of drawing faces then, and there she was ^^'

Well that is really cool. I am always interested in how people come up with there characters. I am sometimes surprised my self how I come up with some.

Yeah, I probably shoud do one for every relevant one I've given shape so far... would make it somewhat easier to do some kind of character description pages for them wiith that too.

Oi, what are you taking those notes for? XD Anyway, her eyes came a little too... I think 'tilted' is the word. So, her eyes aren't supposed to be quite that way, it's just that this angle tends to give me this kind of problems.

I've decided to use the above maiden for the colouring. I alos have an idea about the background. what kind of music would she be into, btw?
I don't mind the 'tilted' eyes. if you look closely most predatory animal's eyes are tilted compared to human eyes. :) it also makes for a slightly exotic look. maybe she has relatives in japan?

humans and apes/simians show their front theeth to create their play face: I want to play, I'm not dangerous, I pose no threat.
now, look around you. a dog with mouth open and tongue lolling out to the ground doesn't appear to be after your throat, does he? mouth slightly opened, upper canines covered, and tongue covering the lower front teeth is the play face of cats and dogs. although house cats are too sphisticated to actually smile at their can openers, the best you get is headrubs. :)

Well, if you so wish, but it's just that she isn't as... large as the one in the dress ^^' I'd imagine she'd listen to Dance, Pop, something like that.
Yeah, foxes especially have fairly squinted eyes most of the time, atleast on winter. I guess she might have a bit of japanese in her, though I haven't really decided that much on her nationality yet...

Heh, yeah, my cousin's dog would often run around with his mouth open, tongue flapping in the wind, so I guess that about right ^^ Haven't seen any cats smile like that at all, actually, but I may have just bee unlucky about that.

you see, I don't want to make generic characters. so I thought I'd pick the details of one of the maidens you already coloured. or would you want me to create one of my own? can do that, of course. :)

as for big cats, they tend to use their play face more often, especialy lions or zoo/circus animals. if you have time, browse internet pictures. there will some pop up, and they will make you want to hug them. :)

Well, if you want to give her the same colours, I'm not stopping you, though you could give her different coloured eyes, as only one of my characters has purple eyes, and those are for a certain story-related reason I'm not going to tell just yet XD (atleast not this publicly)

You know, I think I've seen some grinning jaguar pics floating about. silly looking buggers, those ^^

allright, so she'll have green eyes. or maybe entirely different colours. :) see, hence my asking. :)

jaguars are a cuddly lot... only they would eat you dead if you try and cuddle them. :)

Better late than never... I guess. I don't really mind as I generally can't think of much if anything to say about others' works.

It's very fitting too, as she's very mischievous indeed ^^ ... now I just need to make the comic that far *sigh*
