It's looking good

In terms of physique - you got the body looking nice. Lines are relatively smooth (minus a few small points, particularly near the feet, but that's minor) and clearly identify the subject matter

In terms of color - the colors are accurate and vibrant. The background is simple, allowing for the character to pop but going a step beyond a flat white background. It's quite nice to the eyes.

In terms of shading - the highlights and shadows clearly indicate that the lightsource is to the viewer's left. It's simple, but simple is often very effective.

Overall, I love the pic. Decudieye seems to have very recently been depicted as a pred, and I can see why. He's got a good form for it.

He's surprisingly tall. About 5 feet o-o

I'd say the shading could use a little work maybe? In some areas, namely the legs, its got this watercolor segmented shading that I think looks really good, but on the shinier or bright sections http://puu.sh/szK06/f522a529f3.jpg like here, it doesn't feel as organic to me. That's all I have to really say that's negative though. XP

I really liked the pose, keeping with the more dignified look of the pokemon in spite of him executing on an admittedly undignified action. I loved the bulge and how it hangs down, and find most artists don't do such a good job with reflecting that. So, kudos! I thought this art was really impressive. Hope my thoughts were useful.
