These have no time limits and are meant to help me improve my ability to depict poses in a simple way.
In a sense, it's a practice to have more expressive sketches, as well as better observation.
I used QuickPoses for this and it's an awesome resource, if you're looking for a good place to get good photo references, there's probably no better free place.

They even give you certificates after you hit certain hour counts. So that's also cool.
Gestures really help you get a better hold of the anatomy and form. Try to look at the images and first analyze the pose, then put it down onto the paper.
Don't worry about timing right now.
