Jax using a hunting method on her home world to wrangle some prey. Using her strong tail, she uses it as a way to hide herself from wondering prey, leaving her large hands that mimic the local vegetation dangling down. When prey comes close enough, the she'd clap her large hands around the prey and quickly swallows them alive.

Afterwards she will stay in one place for a bit till their prey and stomach settle, using her powerful tail to keep herself anchored to the tree branch. Often times hunting is done early in the morning where light helps disguise as well as allow them to process their meal and give her species the freedom of the rest of the day to head back home.

This relaxed style of hunting is tended for animals the same size as themselves or smaller and used for solo hunts. Larger prey is always attacked in packs and the meat is stored. This ambush style though is more practiced by skilled hunters and far away from their village to help maintain a healthy live food supply near their village if ever a emergency supply is needed. Often their is more of a larger number prey like animals around these serpents homes then the surrounding areas thanks to their constant repulsion for other predatory animals.

An awesome picture done by  Dragga i got through a commission and i spend a good bit of time on trying a new line style. I think i'll stick with my original black lines style.
