This poem is very sweet, and has a wonderful sense of tranquility. =3

In truth, I'm not all that fond of MOST free verse poems; however, the subject and word execution of this piece is EXCELLENT. =O

My favorite lines are:

"The tender nudge you place on my cheek,
So soft and warm,
Making me mellow from the frantic world of whimsy and woe."

It portrays serenity and has some nice alliteration at the very end "world...whimsy...woe." =P
