Aldi did this wonderful two-sided badge to wear while fursuiting. It was worn with pride at last weekend's Canfurence which occurred 20 years since the first con I attended (Confurence East 2 in 1996). And just like CFE 2, Canfurence was an amazing con, with lots of friends and lots of fursuiting. Especially positive were the opportunities to go outside the con space and go out in public and interact with non-furs. Putting on a fursuit and making someone's day is the ultimate high! :)

I should be there, yes, since my dad will be helping me with the hotel room for WTFur weekend. I use my own money, though, for registering at the con.

Good, hopefully it will be at the same hotel, near the grocery store. Cheaper than eating out all weekend.

Very true, but I think they will stick with the Holiday Inn. Great hotel to host events like this one. IGA is a good store to buy groceries from.

The Holiday Inn had a little more con space than the Alt Hotel in Ottawa, but unfortunately was rather isolated. Canfurence was in the middle of the city, where loads of non-furs could see fursuiters/furry. Their positive reactions really made the con.
