Incineroar is certainly looking good here, and probably knows it judging by his expression. I do though get the impression he's just made the joke in the title and is making sure you've got the punch line and making sure you've understood the invitation or perhaps it's a command. Of course it would be hard to resist the temptation to begin with the toes.
