this is Rush a Saiyan

his story is he family are guards for the royle family of the Saiyans, he was on planet Vegeta when Freiza blown it up, but he was wish away and came before Trunks and the kai of time with many others.

he had his Tail cut off and train hard to do what right.

he first partner was Jenny Buu who he and she one day went to a distorted timeline where they found Majin malin, the details what happen is chaos.

but Rush keep both buu girls in check, and he learn to cook and make sweet things for them both, mainly Malin.

Rush try hard and cares he do anything for his friends and teammates.

in a Trainning set with their Mentor Vegeta, Jenny got hurt bad and Rush turn Super Saiyan level 3.

this made Vegeta very upset and happy at the same time ^^;

but Rush Rarely use it, only when he has to fight someone strong and focus on hand to hand does he go level 3.

other times he just level 1 or 2.
