Dang, it's been a long time since I posted art here!
I originally sketched this in January but I hadn't had any motivation to finish it until a few weeks ago. It was a lot of fun to work on, especially the effects.
During the summer I finally cracked open my copy of Pokemon X and played through it. I very much enjoyed it. Things had changed a lot since I last played Pokemon (the original Pokemon Gold/Silver), but I really loved it a lot for the customization and tamagotchi-like feature. Looking forward to Pokemon Sun/Moon. :)

That is one awesome looking Lucario you got there Sils, and I really love the effects you did with his paws. Can see the aura in Lucario right there.
And same, I am looking forward to Sun/Moon as well. Which one are you getting? Im going for Sun, cause theres just more pokemon I like in that game over Moon (Moon only has Lycancroc Werewolf form that I honestly like)

I'm gonna get Sun solely for the Sun legendary, because I prefer it over the bat and whatever I get for other Pokemon is what I'll get. To be honest, I don't really know many of the Pokemon from the latest generations, so it doesn't bother me as much. I do like the Lycanroc werewolf form, but I also like the other one, too, so I don't mind. Which starter are you gonna get?

I originally was going to get the owl, but I'm not crazy about its final form. I mean, I think it's okay, but when you line them all up the seal's final form looks the best to me. I guess I was hoping the owl would like a horned owl in its final form, but that didn't happen. The wrestling cat isn't my thing, either. XD

It's actually not too-too difficult, you just have to set aside an hour or two a a day and chip away at it. I had a very busy schedule when I was playing it, too, and managed to get through it. :0 It makes things way easier since it is on a portable device.
