Kinda felt a need to dig this up.
Jessie has DEFIANTLY been shifted to default heavier/curvier/bigger, over the years. Looks like my BF's OC's size here, while her more modern "baseline" (as best as that can be defined) is much more generous in the chest, and noticeably more in the hips.

First off, holy shit. This picture is 9 years old.
Second, in my mind Jessie still looks like this as her 'default' appearance. She just is usually under the effects of one Lewd Brews potion or another more often than not. Although, I can't remember the last time I got a picture. of 'petite' Jessie so... maybe you're right.
