Last night or Really really early this morning (I can't remember lol) I made rice krispies. Not just any rice krispies, Peanut Butter Rice Krispies. I had all this cereal and my boyfriend bought marshmallows so, you know. We also have a lot of peanut butter so I tried to make a sweet snack sweet and a bit healthy. They came out really good. I'm going to make these again. My boyfriend's critique is that the marshmallow taste is masked.
On top is a layer of peanut butter along with honey roasted peanuts.
