Tonight's show touches on a popular movement around the world called the Body Positive Movement. To some of you, it may sound familiar and to others might not actually care. So lets take a moment to ourselves and think about some things.

Thinking to yourself and you dont have to comment/answer:

1) Have you fat shamed yourself verbally or mentally?
2) Have you fat shamed someone else verbally or mentally?
3) Have you judged someone based on their appearance including: fashion choices, eating habits, outward appearance, ect.
4) Have you facially shown distraught or disgust to others that dont agree with your standards.
5) Have you snickered, joked with, or gossiped about the size of someone to your friends and family?

These are flash thoughts that go through peoples minds on a daily basis, but they're not as obvious as the way we have laid them out. You may not even realize the comments or thoughts you had said or thought.
