Ok, it's about time I posted some of my own stuff so people will quit thinking that I drew the Nico-on-Nico picture.

I drew this back in '99 as a pencil sketch of my bunny plush, then inked it up in Illustrator before slapping on some crazy colour in photoshop.

My goal was threefold: to sketch a simple object properly by hand, to practice my illustrator mojo, and to go absolutely batshit insane with my colour choices and prove that I could still make it look like it was just a regular old blue bunny.

I quite like how I was able to make the blue almost chalky in contrast with the vibrant and saturated purple and green light.
