There's a model of Incineroar on Models Resource and he does have retractable claws on his feet.

The sketch is looking good so far, and I think Incineroar will probably be a very popular Pokémon, or at least I think there will be plenty of art featuring him here on FA.

Awesome sketch. I know it's gonna turn out good from this. Incineroar already received lots of fanart and love. Probably needs someone to tend to his paws after Low Sweeping his opponents so much. He does learn Low Sweep.
