Tei is partnered with Colorless, a creation/experiment of Naxther.
Most of the time she chooses not so speak and to only observe, her voice is soft and metallic (imagine a flute speaking)
Tei is a high ranking Neriah, able to appear very human save for her legs. She keeps her true face hidden behind a mask.
She is able to change her body color at will, sometimes though it's influenced by strong emotions.

Neriah are still a WIP, a closed species created by
