First time using this base. For the most part I really wasn't enjoying using this palette (found here)and the design felt really lackluster and flat, but then I absentmindedly started putting stars everywhere and suddenly it had more life. I'm really happy with how this turned out, considering.

Reselling is fine as long as it's not sold for more than it was bought for. A $5 increase is allowed if art is being sold with the design.
I reserve the right to draw any of the characters I've designed at any given point in time. The new owner will receive a copy, of course~
