Rias is my lovely Eastern Dragon bab that never gets enough love. I'm currently in the process of writing her back story and would like to eventually make it so that I can RP with her a develop her character a bit better. She is my merc...known as the "blood-stained saint" or the red-painted saint. It all just depends on what section of the cosmos she is in. Notorious, Powerful, and Beautiful...I love this vision of Rias and the artist is amazing so, please give them a watch and lots of faves!!!
