A hummingbird-gryphon that flew into my head one day and beat its wings around until I drew it. XD This took about three weeks working on and off with a calligraphy pen and Black Cat ink on watercolor paper. Scanned in pieces and put back together in Photoshop; unfortunately, I lost a bit of the edges. Not too much, though. :)
