RC, this is WAY cool. The psychedelic background kinda makes me go cross-eyed, though. You got the horns, the nose ridge, and the hair very nicely--I may have to borrow some of your ideas for the next time I draw my own character. :)

The protruding tooth kinda bugs me there--the tooth itself looks good, but its position doesn't look right. It seems as if it is fused with the outer lip of my snout, instead of in my upper gum-line.
