I'm not much of a scientist myself, and I'm of the opinion. There's a certain amount of magic a divinity involved in my uteruses ability to do what it does. My womb is able to gestate those inside it to the point of genetic reset. This can be as extensive as reverting someone back to a fetus within my belly, but, more commonly, it means that those who have sustained injuries, be it traumatic wounds, or organ failure find that their bodies are returned to a more functional state, mostly because my body is taking care of them.
