It's been a while since I've done Daryil in a catsuit. I was fairly pleased with how the shinies turned out, so here's Daryil intimidating the mayor. And getting confused about fruit.

Really, I think Daryil's eccentricities (both his mode of dress, and behavior in general) actually make him more intimidating, because they serve to show that he as at least somewhat mentally unhinged, and very unpredictable.
In all honesty, if Daryil was on Earth and in charge of a nation with nuclear power and possibly arms (Which may be equivalent to all his tech, and tri-wing status), world leaders would likely fear him more than Kim Jong Un.
