Decided to turn this old drawing (click here) into an mtg card called "Will of the Lich". Personally, I'd love to see this card be made into a legit thing...after all, it works similar to Nefarious Lich. This enchantment only triggers when you have 0/60 (or 100 if commander/40 if draft or cube) cards in your library remaining.
