Ah, I'd probably ditch the gloves to type if possible. There is a point when practicality trumps everything else, right.

I think they managed to do a good expression on the head.

(I do need to talk to you on Skype at some point in time to see how the suit looks in motion.)

The jaw moves but it's pretty stiff, ears twitch a little at the same time too but I have to open real wide for anything to move. I'm guessing it'll loosen up with time though so it will be easier to make a talk-like motion

I was just wearing the glove parts to try it out, I can type I just need to do an extra amount of corrections since the claws tend to press extra buttons but I got the hang of it fairly good quickly, seems I can type fairly well except when trying to press shift at the same time

But yeah the suit is pretty much as good as it gets and well worth the money, the only thing I need to fix is adding hair but I can probably just buy a wig and sew it on it shouldn't be too hard

I experimented with the mechanisms for that using a plastic canvas mesh understructure, although I heard that a solid plastic "skull" would allow for sturdier, more reliable joints. (And that it's very difficult to do such things with foam.) What kind of understructure does this head have.

Oh, right, you do touch-type. I guess I can compare this to trying to type while wearing my flight gloves.

what do you mean touch type?

Well the jaw is attached with some wires but that's about it, if you unhook them it will come right off but it's firmly attached so it won't happen unless you do it intentionally, I think it's just made with foam other than that

You know, operate the keyboard by feel without looking at the keys? (As versus hunt-and-peck.)
