I'd love to pick up leathercrafting and bookmaking for that exact sort of reason - I've always wanted to make a cool fantasy-themed book and then also do all the interior. Would be a huge project, though - tooling/designing the cover, binding the paper (plus the extra optional step of making the paper from scratch!), and then doing all the calligraphy and illustrations to go in it!

Jimmy Diresta has a few videos showing him building leather bound tomes by hand, perhaps you could get inspired.

Hate it when that happens :b Anyway, thank you kindly! Those were the names I was given, along with being told the Illuminated one was all "fancy" and gold-gilt, while the Scholarly one was a more commonplace practical book used by people who use Order magic and should maybe have a university crest-type thing on it.
