I totally just got one of those messages...

DA is being really needy lately. I'm getting "Subscribe now or we'll cut ourselves :(" type messages every couple of days.

That happened to me too but I used to be sponsored, so I thought it was because of that. Guess now I know it isn't.

Maybe they desperately need a server upgrade and don't want to flat out ask for cash like Wikipedia does.

I figured... It just looks like a threat, and they're probably thinking that if it LOOKS like a threat, more people will get subscriptions to 'save' their deviations... Underhanded I tells ya.

I'm kinda slowly ignoring DA... I pretty much just check my watch list and that's it... I post here everyday.. there, not so much. If there was some way to post to everything at once, I'd do it more often.
