Do you have any tips on how I might colour the mane when I draw this cutie? I noticed there seems to be a gradient there but i cannot quite place it :)

Her mane isnt a gradient, its actually more like intermittent stripes that slowly transition to the next color. I wanted to keep her light and pastel, but if you duplicate the image in your art program and 'multiply' or darken it you should be able to better see what I did there :) Basically stripes that I slowly blended, looked nicer to me for the hair than a gradient :)
