New owner receives all rights to the character and may change minor things in the design, but not this image.
New owner can re-upload this image to their own account as long as my credits on the image remain intact. Linking back to my account or the original submission is not required but is very much appreciated~
Reselling is fine as long as it's not sold for more than it was bought for. A negotiable increase is allowed if art is being sold with the design.
New owner does not have the right to use this character for commercial purposes.
If resold, the newest owner must abide by the same TOS stated here, and does not have the right to use this character for commercial purposes, regardless of whether the original buyer held commercial rights or not.
I, the artist, have the right to use this image for promotional purposes.
I reserve the right to draw any of the characters I've designed at any given point in time. The new owner will receive a copy, of course~

I usually work on a first come, first served basis as I recently had someone back out of an auction they won, but seeing as this is a flat sale I'm willing to be a bit more lenient (though, honestly, chances are it'll still be available for you in a week anyway). I'll hold it until Friday for you if you'd like? (what time zone are you in? just because that trips me up sometimes)
If you are backing out, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to give you a warning, just because I'm trying to make a job out of this and waiting for a week for no payment is kind of upsetting.
If you back out of a payment after committing to one in future, I'll be blacklisting you.
