When you work hard in your small one-man restaurant, sometimes you don't hear the door chime when a customer comes in.
Though with the open kitchen nature of the restaurant its easy for the customer to draw the attention of the Orca.
Being a balloon might be dangerous in a kitchen full of sharp implements, open fires and other dangers but this Orca is a true 'Master' chef.
Its important to Ortello that his food is prepared well, served fresh and of course the entire process can be seen.
