It's been a while since I'd posted an original "EFF" ("Extraordinarily Fat Furries") comic gag in "FA", so I'd chosen a topical subject - combining 'law and order' and 'politics' with 'fat furry' humor...
In this strip, 'Rob Cat' encounters a registered voter (in the form of a rotund rhino), who supposedly is breaking a new law (being enforced in several American states). Of course, said rhino has found a loophole in said new law... which he explains to said bobcat!
Meanwhile, be sure you go to your local polling place, and vote for the candidate(s) of your choice. Every decision each one of us makes should count!
