If you were to ask me for a photograph that embodies what makes me so excited about this hobby, it's probably this one. This woman was at the park to hear a concert, but when she saw me, she pointed at me and her care giver called me over. Both of them were delighted to get the attention of the dog. All she could do was lightly stroke the fur on my paw and forearm, but it was enough to make her delighted to fall within the magical fantasy of the fursuit.

The following year I met the lady on the right again, and she told me that it was a highlight for her and her mom, who had passed away shortly after this photograph was taken.

Fursuiting can have the power to bring joy and create powerful memories for both the young and old.
