That bridge carries the former Conrail Morrisville Line, nee-PRR Philadelphia and Trenton over Interstate 76 just shy of the PA Turnpike Jct. Note the power lines to the far left. Those are two 136kv 25Hz AC circuits that are part of Amtrak's railroad electrification system.
