In her life, Erin had faced many hardships, ones that cost her her family, her left wing, and nearly her own life. One could only imagine how different she was before such things, and how much they have shaped her into the woman she is now. Looking back, she may still feel a sense of loss, but with a will to make the most of it, and is thankful and happy for who she has become.
