Is he? I meant that i don't rember him having fuzzy arms on coloured pics and i like his fuzzy version even more than the smooth one!

I originally designed Toby way back when I really sucked at drawing guys.

As I'm slowly getting slightly better at it I'm updating his design as I want him too look the best I can draw him.

Adding hair to his arms is just part of that.
