Figured I should make another Puff Hallow since there was only one in existence up until now.

This lil bab is slightly modeled off one of those cute lil Japanese Sea Slugs. Trait wise, they have no Facial Cracks (Rare), but the rest is common.
Also, they fall under the Uncommon/Rare spectrum as is being a Negative Puff (still working out the kinks on that..)
