Untrue, eternal youth is staying young, immortality is never aging or dieing from natural causes such as sickness or time, this doesn't mean you are free from being maimed or damaged in other ways, invincible is where that comes in, invincibility is the inability to take damage or be injured by external means.
A person can be immortal but not invincible.
A person can be eternally young but still get sick.
A person can be invincible yet still age.
Unkillable would be a more apt response, but that just means even if they sustain damage they cannot be killed--which could lead to a hellish existence if we want to stretch how far that can go--
