La prez tends to be in her feral dragon form when she wants to ether show off her power or to just be a dragon. She tends to keep this form to a minimal though and out of sight for fear such an appearance would make her subjects panic...more then if they saw her in her anthro form.

Mass devourment often is done in this form, as can be seen by the low hanging stomach, most notably for rebel insurgence, often caused by the KGB. A special farm is also set aside for her for various meats such as cows and pigs. As much as she doesn't like it, a small chunk of the islands profit towards just feed her. La prez had become use to over indulging at a younger age that now a whole cow isn't enough to often state her. Another reason why she keeps this form a minimal as it requires her to eat far more then her anthro form.
