Story time! Here is a little information first!: This story takes place many many years ago when Kuro was still growing, His actual size is the same as a T-Rex! Koinobori however never gets bigger despite her aging.

One day after a few years of roaming Japan alone, Kuro comes across a young creature hiding in a hole in the trunk of a tree, crying and shivering. He peers his head down and notices this creature is the same as him, a Dutch Angel Dragon. He consoles the young one and calms her down before asking her to come with him. He takes her to a cave nearby to get them out if the cold rain. He lays down next to a little pond in the cave and the little one lays against him to keep warm. Kuro ask if she has a name, she shakes her head. Kuro smiles and decides to call her, Koinobori. She smiles in delight with her new name and looks into the pond as a little fish pokes his head out and blows bubbles at her. Kuro nuzzles her and quietly says "You will be safe with me. You will never be abandoned again."Art by
