Life's A Chibi: Self Doubt
"I'm worthless. I feel stupid. I'm a loser. I fail at everything. I hate myself."
Everyone has doubts about themselves. Some more than others. That is all they think about whenever they see themselves in a mirror or when they put themselves on their own pedestal. They could be comparing themselves to someone they know or judging themselves for something they don't have or can't naturally do. Every time they fail at something or they punish themselves for something they don't have or an action they regret doing, they lose sight of who they are when they add on another negative mental note on how much they feel worthless or how much they hate themselves. It gets to a point where they can no longer see anything good about themselves and can no longer think anything positive about who they are. It clouds their judgement.
One needs to remove those negative mental notes from themselves or have help removing them. No one is a complete failure. No one is a loser. No one is stupid. Everyone lives their lives the way they want it. Everyone can do something that the other can't. Everyone has unique qualities about themselves that make them unique and who they are. These people need to be reminded about the positive things they can do and who they are. By doing that, you are helping them shed away some of the self doubts they have about themselves and replacing them with positive notes, motivating them to go forward with a clearer view of who they are and what good they could do and what they can do that no one else can.
Everyone has their own self doubts. Don't let yours anchor you down or over shadow who you are. If you know someone who is covered with self doubt and negativity, help them shed some of those layers off and replace them with positive feedback and reminders.

It's been proven that negativity hurts our health and shortens our lives. As annoying as they can be sometimes, an optimist will generally live longer than a cynic.
Places like Pixar value failure because they look at it as a positive, natural thing rather than a negative, aberrant one. To them, failure means you're stretching yourself into new territory, learning new things, in short, growing in skills and ability. If you always succeed, you're stagnating and going nowhere.

this one is a good one. Because its true. The big problem for me is, I think about myself as totally worthless (fat, ugly, stupid, a useless waste of live) for so many yyears now that it feels normal. And everyone who says that I´m wrong and that I should change myself just dont get it.
If I would change I wouldnt be myself. Who or what would I be?
I feel good if others feel better and I can feel worse. Others can have a family, a job and the love they deserve. But none of that for me. Its just wasted.
And there is no way out of this. Not for me. I dont deserve to be rescued.

Self-doubt and anxiety are one of the problems I face daily. One of the worse parts of it is that I have not learnt how to break it down to others that I do have struggles. Speaking is just something I have not learnt how to do extremely well. Everytime I try, people steer away from me. Although I try a lot to help others, I refuse the help others provide me feeling like it will burden them.
Then again sometimes I don't even know some of my weak points. Self-doubt can manifest one's mind subconsciously without them even being aware of it until it becomes more extreme to the point of breaking down.

Unless a person’s differences make them a danger to themselves and/or everyone around them, no one should really care. I’ve seen plenty examples of it. Most people don’t realize that if things had gone another way, they could just as easily be deformed, mentally deficient, poor etc. People are inherently different in terms of things like eye color and hair length, thus a variety of interests is to be expected as well. The evildoers who harm innocents are the ones who really need to change.
