This would be Coal. Coal is a size-shifting (occasionally also shapeshifting) eastern dragoness who's centered around the element of fire, or, more specifically, smoke. She's not a fighter, all her elemental abilities are more or less focused on self restoration, self defense (via fleeing in resultant confusion) or simply messing around.

She's rather cute, too, and fond of exploration of new places and finding new friends, even if she can be a bit shy at times.

All her magical powers (Hovering, creation of smoke and control of it, so on and so forth) come via the orb that normally sits between her antlers, however if it's removed, she can become quite helpless. This is, perhaps, part of why she can be rather shy and non-confrontational.
