Khren getting Tfed in a Funk buy yours-truly (who has all ready been Tfed). Most would flee from the pungent odor of a Funk, but me and the jackal-butt can help our-self~ Also I think I will take this opportunity to go into detail about Funks and how they work. I gone into it briefly before but why not elaborate a bit.
Funks are a species most known for their odor and unusual reproductive cycle. The name comes form a portmanteau of the word Fish (describing their aquatic qualities) and skunk (due do their odor and skunk like markings). While they are a distinct species, they are the product of metamorphosis caused by symbiosis with a micro organism called Spongia mephitis. The original organism becomes a host and carrier for the micro organism. In its dormant stage the micro organism, also known as 'Funk-muck' resembles globs of black viscous fluid. These are actually colonies of the micro organism waiting to come in contact with a potential host. To increase their chances of contact the colony can manipulate its buoyancy. This is achieved by secreting an oil like substance which the colony forms around. Funk-muck can inhabit fresh or salt water though is more commonly found in the latter. In still waters they seem to drift towards potential host. This is believed to be possible due to an ability to sense movement in the water. This combined with the colonies ability to preform simple locomotion could indicate a hive-mind like means of communication between the colony, though whether this exist or affects the host is debated. Some have theorized that this ability is part of how Funk-muck can lure potential host after minimal exposure, even as little as inhaling the particles in their odor. This is also why there also seems to be a preference for Funk-muck to seek out sapient organisms as host, though none of this has been verified.
Once exposed to Funk-muck, the new host rapidly changes to fit the needs of the micro organism. In most cases gaining aquatic qualities. In the case of land dwelling organisms, this leads to an amphibious life cycle as to facilitate the needs of both the host and Funk-muck. Sapient host describe the process of transformation as euphoric and clam to retain their mental faculties though this is difficult to study due to the potential for accidental exposure. Most Funks live in sea side communities, though some groups have been know to live near bodies of water inland. Due to their extreme odor and contagious nature, Funk communities are often isolated. Funk culture while interesting is some what of a mystery due to the fact that most anthropologist end up joining the community they set out to study. Funks seem to often participate in festivals revolving around procreation and seasonal changes.

Really love the details and interesting biology you put into them, love really neat things like that in custom species and such. :3
Hmm, suppose I have two random questions, do they prefer Orr favor certain host species to convert over others? And two do funks general stay away from civilized things and technology once changed? Or just have those sorts of things get set up where they are by soon to be funked up geek squad members and electricians? :3

Funks generally lean towards trying to convert sapient species, seeking genetic diversity. also they have have a scene of hive mind so targeting skilled, educated, talented individuals. so if some one was carpenter, wile actively not immediately just be knowledgeable of it, the funks in that community would gain some skills that they would experience as a scene of instinct. also thank for the kind words :3
