Thanks! I'm glad that even though I had little chance to drag any actual practice in this year, I managed to learn enough by observation to finally start grasping how faces and expressions work. It's rather relaxing, really. And creepy to look at my old art, with all the creepy dead faces here and there ... >..>

Sidenote: rat-tail (well... and the rest of the rat-related body attached to it) is actually Norbert's youngest sister, Muriel. I may end up being forced to find use for her in the story, because she generally seems way too adorable to be ignored for long D:
